IFR PAN with the prestigious distinction of Logo HR Excellence in Research
06.02.2024We are pleased to announce that as of January 30, 2024, the European Commission granted our Institute of Plant Physiology. Franciszek Górski Polish Academy of Sciences (IFR PAN) HR Excellence in Research distinction.
This distinction is awarded to institutions that implement the Strategy for increasing the attractiveness of working conditions and career development of research workers, as well as comply with the principles and guidelines contained in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct.
IFR PAN has committed to strategic activities enabling transparent recruitment and developing the competences of the Institute's employees - a friendly working environment.
We are proud of this achievement and committed to continuing to improve our practices in developing the human potential of our Institute.
