HR Award for The Franciszek Górski Institute of Plant Physiology Polish Academy of Sciences
On April 25, 2022, the Director of The Franciszek Górski Institute of Plant Physiology Polish Academy of Sciences (IPP PAS) prof. dr hab. Franciszek Janowiak signed a declaration of support for the "European Charter for Researchers" and the "Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers" (Endorsement Letter). By submitting the declaration IPP PAS joined the group of research and academic institutions that recognize the value of the principles contained in the Charter and the Code, and thus committed to applying them in planning and practice regarding working conditions.
HR STRATEGY FOR RESEARCHERS
Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R)
The implementation of the Charter and the Code in research institutions increases their recognition and makes them more attractive to scientists looking for a new employer or an institution hosting EU-funded project managers. The award, as part of the HRS4R strategy, "HR Excellence in Research" provides traceability to institutions and organizations that create and stimulate favorable working conditions for scientists.
