The Franciszek Górski Institute of Plant Physiology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IPP PAS) in Krakow pursues a Policy of open, transparent and merit-based recruitment of staff for scientific, scientific-technical and technical (OTM-R) positions (Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment).
The OTM-R policy at the IPP PAS is a tool for implementing the strategy of the IPP PAS in the context of efforts to be awarded the HR Excellence in Research (HR Logo), defining the rules and standards for hiring scientists and technicians.
